A couple of interesting local twitterers I have found are My Sheffield Jobs: http://twitter.com/MySheffieldJobs , which notify you of selected job vacancies from their main website;

- and for Sheffield Wednesday fans, Wednesdayite: http://twitter.com/wednesdayite – which feeds the latest Sheffield Wednesday news from a number of sites like BBC Sport, SKY Sports, The Star and more.
